Activities & events

Booking terms at a glance.

Activity and event bookings are non-refundable once made because advance bookings help the charity cover venue, staffing, resources and other running costs.

1

Check the listing first

Before paying, please check the activity date, time, venue, age guidance, ticket information and anything your family may need to bring.

2

Once a booking is made

Refunds and refund requests are not accepted after an activity or event booking has been completed because the charity commits costs in advance.

3

If you cannot attend

Please let the team know as soon as possible. Being unable to attend does not normally make the booking eligible for a refund.

4

If Unique Abilities cancels or changes an activity

Affected customers will be contacted. The team will explain the appropriate refund or any alternative arrangements available.

Physical products

Purchases are handled separately.

The activity-booking terms above do not replace the information that applies to physical products purchased through the shop. Any relevant cancellation, return, postage or collection information will be shown during the purchase process or provided with the order.

If an item is damaged, incorrect or there is another problem with an order, contact the team promptly with the order details.
