Activity and event bookings

Refunds or refund requests are not accepted once an activity or event booking has been made because advance bookings help the charity cover its running costs.

If Unique Abilities makes a change

If an activity or event is cancelled or changed by the charity, customers will be contacted and refunds or alternative arrangements will be handled as appropriate.

Physical products

Postage will generally be £5 unless stated otherwise. Collection may be offered where appropriate, and relevant return and cancellation information is shown before purchase.
